Happy Friday the 13th!
My office took a trip today to the MGH Museum. It will be opening to the public sometime near the end of March. When it does open, it will be free, and I highly recommend it. The photo below is of a product called Valentine’s Meat Juice, which was created in Richmond, Virginia, in 1870 and was used to deliver nutrients to patients. It was basically the equivalent of getting someone to drink beef broth.
